iOS 12 is just about to be released and there are coming various new features with it, most of which are performance related to making the iOS experience smoother, faster and better than before.
A feature that is noteworthy is that the Voice Memos app is completely redesigned and new features are added to it. It is also coming to iPad and is also getting iCloud Support so, you can record and sync your voice notes across other devices.
What this means is that all of your recording that you record on your iPhone or iPad will get uploaded on the iCloud Drive if you have given iCloud Drive access to the Voice Memos app.
Once the voice notes get uploaded on iCloud Drive, they will sync across your other devices including Mac and you will be able to easily access them from any of your Apple’s device.
Personally, we think that is a very good initiative taken by Apple as most of the apps including third-party apps have access to iCloud.
It will come in handy for people who use Voice Memos app to record audios or interviews. Once they have recorded an audio using their iPhone, they can easily sync it across other devices including iPad and Mac.
